Dave and I went over to meet our friends, Lauren and Mara, at their hostel last night for Thanksgiving. It wasn't a traditional Thanksgiving (this consisted of vegetarian chili and tons of goon) but it was still heaps of fun times. There was us three Americans, 2 Canadians, and then a bunch of other random nationalities that joined in the festivities.

I'm catching the shuttle to the airport in half an hour, and will be in Melbourne by 4pm today, so there will be dancing tonight! I'm still feeling kind of 'meh' but I'm super excited about moving on (and hopefully I'm not contagious anymore)! My head is still very stuffy, and I swear my nose has turned into a mucus factory, but I will take another Sudafed before I get on the plane, and I might survive.

No real big plans for Melbourne, except that I'm staying with a soon-to-be-friend, Penny, and we'll spend the weekend dancing. I'm volunteering at the exchange, but so far, I only have one shift on Friday, which is just fine by me. Maybe I will get out to Phillip Island this time to see the Penguin Parade

Sunday morning I will be heading back to Brisbane, to hop on another flight bound for Fiji! I can't believe in 4 days I will be in Fiji! Should be awesome!
