Andrea and I are in Alice Springs. We just got back from our 3 day / 2 night camping, hiking, bushwalking tour of Uluru/Kings Canyon/the Olgas. We had an absolutely fantastic time, and the weather has been perfect! Hot, but not ridiculously so. We are hanging out here for another couple of days, and then we catch a flight down to Melbourne! Enjoy some pictures:
I am currently studying abroad at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia. I am a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar from Florida; originally from Miami, but now from Deltona, with my host club in DeLand. I am working towards a Master of Science degree, and am looking towards a career in pathology, public health, or maybe forensics.
I left a younger brother and sister back home, as well as the Zelda-baby, who was abandoned with my parents for the year. I also abandoned my 29 gallon saltwater aquarium, and my car, with no clue as to whether either will survive me being gone.
However, I am having a fantastic time, and would like to thank all Rotarians for their help and contributions.
